Not at all! I work virtually with clients all over the U.S. With secure cloud-based tools, you’ll get the same personalized service no matter where you’re located.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
I exclusively use QuickBooks Online. It’s reliable, secure, and makes it easy for us to collaborate from anywhere.
Do you prepare and file tax returns?
I don’t file tax returns, but I’ll make sure your books are organized, accurate, and ready for your CPA. That way tax season is smooth for both you and your preparer.
What if my books are behind or messy?
You’re not alone — many business owners come to me in that exact situation. I specialize in getting books caught up, cleaned up, and back on track.
How much does it cost to work with you?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $425/month. Cleanup projects are quoted separately. We’ll go over your needs in a free consultation and create a plan that works for your business.
Do you offer one-time projects, or only monthly support?
Both! I can do a one-time cleanup to get you current, or we can set up ongoing monthly support so your books stay in great shape moving forward.
